I bought this set awhile ago and it’s been on the top of my backlog calling for me to build for months now, and now that football and the holiday season are behind us… I finally got the chance. I paid full price for this set, $35, which feels a bit over-priced; especially since I’ve seen it on clearance a bunch recently. However, I do really like this set. It is not perfect. It has stickers, there’s a few coloring issues throughout, but overall this is a good set. The play features are good. This is a good parts pack in terms of good elements, in good colors. The minifigures are fantastic, the bad guy in the tracksuit is one of my favorite city minifigures in years. There’s also 2 fish and a unique dog. This is a bad guy base, something I feel like we don’t get much of in general. We get a fair amount of stuff, the base plus 2 vehicles, even if they are a bit simplistic. This set won’t make it into my city as-is, but the vehicles probably will and parts of the base will too, the minifigures and animals will for sure. Overall, this set is an A- for me!
