Princes Hall:

This historic building was once home to the anglican chaplaincy, and still retains some characteristic architecture, including the chapel and our modern two story apartments within the old church library.

The building has since been converted into a modern 28 room Halls of Residence for bangor University students.

The grounds of Princes hall are extensive, with private parking for 5 cars, a side lawn and reading/seating area, built-in brick BBQ, and a rear lawn.

With secure electric key fob entry and CCTV around the externals and communal spaces, the main entrance leads directly to the Dinning Hall. A huge open space with four long table and plenty of benches for every to eat there meals. Adjoining this is the main kitchen, packed with two gas cooker and 10 gas hobs, two electric cookers and eight more electric hobs, four sinks, and 6 x six-foot fridges and freezers.

Continuing along the ground floor, opposite the Hall is the laundry room, with two washing machines and two tumble dryers and a cozy modern common room. Inside are four fabric settees, a 50" wall mounted t.v (license included) and around the corner a study / library area with reading seats.

There are also two Kitchenettes, small spaces with an additional sink, cupboards and mini-fridge which make the perfect tea / toast station.

Complete with a small double bed and matching white Ikea furniture set with Desk / chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. The rooms in Princes Hall have high ceilings and big windows, so there's lots of light and a spacious feel.

There are 9 wash rooms throughout Princes comprising of toilets, shower rooms and bathrooms, giving a ratio of approximately 1 shower : 3 people.

All bills are included, and every room in our Halls and houses comes with tenant contents insurance up to £5000.00 per person against fire, flood and theft at no extra cost.
