"Stay Open to Change" New September 2, 2024: 3 Things to Know about the energetic landscape of this new moon as channeled through my spirit guide, Hector: The Great Horned Owl.

Hector shares,

"Heading into this new moon there is a feeling of great things to come. But don't get caught up in what those could be with massive expectations for change.

It will be the little things that make the biggest change over time. Some mat not even realize what they have changed in their day-to-day and yet in a few months time they too will notice a difference.

It won't happen overnight so set realistic expectations as to how the energy of this new moon can help you.

With this, the 3 Things to Know are:

1. Dare to dream. Allow yourself to dream about what could be possible then be mindful of setting the schedule. Timelines can destroy joy if all expectations are based on a specific date versus the overall objective.

2. Keep your head up. Opportunities will be plenty so keep an open mind and listening ear to what is available for you.

3. The body needs rest. In times of change rest is critical. Remember to read and get a good sleep to nurture the body through shifts. So important for the body to heal itself and reset it's energy source for each day.
