INGREDIENTS:
Mutton Pulao Yakhni :

600g Lamb with bones
2 medium Onions
1 bay leaf (Tez patta)
4 nos. Cloves (Laung)
½ tsp blackpeppercorns (Sabat kali mirch)
½ Star anise (Badiani ka phool)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic
2 medium Tomatoes
8 Green chilies
2 tsp Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder)
Salt to taste
½ tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
½ cup low fat Yogurt (Dahi)
Water 6-8 cups
400 Rice (washed and soaked for an hour)


*You can use any kind of yogurt but low fat yogurt is recommended.
*Soak the rice at least an hour before boiling in water.
