Note: you should make a compound clip and add soft clipper with shape 0 and threshold -4.0 to effect because it is louder and DaVinci resolve and the iPad both can play super loud sounds

Instructions:

Create 4 video tracks and drag 4 copies of the video you want into each one. Add delay audio effect (non-keyboard users) and transform open effect to both. Set the pitches to -7 -3 2 9 and go to the color page and to color mixer and choose:

0.33,0.33,0.33 0,0,0 0,0,0 for the -7 pitch video
0,0,0 0,0,0 0.33,0.33,0.33 for the -3 pitch video
0,0,0 0.33,0.33,0.33 0,0,0 for the 2 pitch video
0.33,0.33,0.33 0.33,0.33,0.33 0,0,0 for the 9 pitch video

Go to the delay effect for each video and choose all feedback to 0, set high cut to highest and low cut to lowest, and set high ratio and dry/wet to highest, then choose these values for left delay and right delay time for each video:
0 for red video
20 for yellow video
40 for green video
60 for blue video

If you have a keyboard or on pc then go to the edit page and use the zoom In slider and delay them with red, yellow, green, blue having more than the other

Then go to transform for each of them and for each video set the zoom value to 0.5, then set the positions to:
x: -0.25 y: 0.25 for the red video
x: 0.25 y: 0.25 for the yellow video
x: -0.25 y: -0.25 for the green video
x: 0.25 y: -0.25 for the blue video
