Have you ever wondered what is DST on my G Shock? I went down the rabbit hole for you. I explain what daylight saving time is at a high level, and how it can effect you as a g-shock owner. I also show how to set DST on some g-shock models. I go into to detail as to what is the difference between DST on, off and auto settings and how multi band 6 plays a key part.
