Biography
Eliseo Orrantia, MD MSc is a long-time rural generalist physician in the Northern Ontario community of Marathon. He is in full scope practice, teaches all levels of health care learners, and is involved in health systems development. Dr. Orrantia engages in rural research as a tool for advocacy.



Iain R Lamb, PhD is a Senior Research Associate at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University. His research is focused on identifying strategies to improve healthcare access, elevate care standards, and enhance the recruitment and retention of healthcare staff in Northern Ontario's rural communities.
