We made the mistake of buying our tickets through a re-seller that told us we would be in the second balcony... but when we found out they got our dates and we told them as soon as we found out... they said no problem just pick your tix up there. And when we did, we found out we were sitting up next to the ceiling! Sadly we left after the first act and when I wrote to the tix seller asking for a refund they said those were the tix price we paid for! My advice, don't buy from a reseller. Go straight to the Opera House to get your tickets.
