Maelstrom Model Roller Coaster

Описание к видео Maelstrom Model Roller Coaster

NOTE: These are videos of model roller coasters that are built as a hobby. They are not for sale. There are no instructional videos.

Maelstrom is the very first modelcoasters.com Tube Track model. The train for the model was designed and built by Johnny R. who is a YouTuber on his 3D Coaster Channel. He also designed the 3D files for the crossties and track slot cutter to fit the crossties. generously assisted me as we have gotten acquainted being fellow modelers. Let’s see if this starts the 1:24 scale Model Roller Coaster Wars, LOL. This has been one of my dreams to build a fully functioning realistic Arrow roller coaster. While I will continue to build Flat Track models mostly, I may explore the possibility of creating other realistic models in the future as time allows. The station roof was knitted by GreatScott Knitting, and we’re grateful for Scott’s help. John Hunter assisted me with the initial concept for a Tube Track coaster and put some time into the preliminary design, which helped tremendously with the success of this model.

The train for Maelstrom first ran on his Loch Ness Looper model found on his channel when he did a 13 (!) car train test.
