Helios - Large volume industrial laser marking machine - LASIT

The XZ axes have strokes of 1000x500mm or 600x500mm The machine has a fixed bench and the combined XYZ axes that move the Laser head to reach the marking surface with camera and the focus distance with scanning head. The working table is made by aluminium anodized.

The heart of the machine lies in its XZ Axis structure that is made out of welded steel with double section. After welding, it is laid out and then machined with the utmost precision to make the support surfaces for the ball guides, ball screws and bearing supports. The geometry and stability of the machine are independent from the external structure.
