EXOS Heroes Chapter 29 Athlon Boss fight(nerfed)



Highlighting passives/artifacts in order to counter the boss's ridiculous mana gain passive and achieve Break status for maximum satisfaction.

Loadout/passives

Awakened Baraka (immune to damage, for 1 turn when health reaches 30% or below but useless when dmg is just damn too high)

Equipment Set
Effect Hit (195%) - Sniper Set (Guarantees better landing of Debuffs)

Artifact - Chance to Mana Bind (no mana gain) for 7 Turns when dealing damage to target (But the % is too low)

Passive

Confirm-Kill - successful double team after an ally's basic attack
Mana Drain - triggers in Confirm-Kill (minus 1 mana to target)

Equipment Set

Retaliation Set - 30% chance to counter upon receiving damage (which can also trigger the Artifact)

Vitality Set - 20% HP boost

Artifact - 20% chance to break a random guardian stone when doing a basic attack

Passive

10% damage redux




Challenge:

Don't use Chaos heroes with damage per turn skills for higher Mana Bind chance
Don't use Shufraken with Sniper Set (auto mana bind, auto decrease effect resist, and increase debuff duration)


The strat: Mana Bind so Athlon can't drink a beer to one-shot my characters and hopefully Mahar breaks all guardians stones (did this for 50+ runs and only got few good results due to low % of artifact effects)
