Tailorable, Talent-based Military Education Level 4 (TTBM4) increases opportunities to build Warfighting Function competencies in the Army, manage talent through flexible and tailorable options, and increases opportunities for a resident MEL-4 experience at Fort Leavenworth. Officers selected for this TDY blended learning course attend either the CGSOC-Common Core or CGSOC-Advanced Operations Course in person while completing the other using distributed learning.
