Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs
Plain Flour 150g (1 cup)
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Warm Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Dark Chocolate pieces 50g

Cream cheese 100g (½ cup)
Powdered Sugar 50g (½ cup)
Melted Dark Chocolate 50g

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 45-50 minutes
