Dip It #12: Bug In Resin

I had a visitor in the shop. It was something I was super nervous about, but I had a good time! We even managed to make something interesting! A shift knob!

It's a model of a VW Bug cast in clear polyester resin. Then Markus turns it on the lathe while I supervise and ask questions about gummy bears and German cities...
