The Navvy is written by Ove Lindell and performed by A Tribute To The Spotnicks in a studio in Nässjö, Sweden 26 October of 2020. Ove Lindell on lead guitar, Kenta Brännlund on second lead guitar, Göran Sanfridsson on bass guitar and Stephan Möller on drums. All members of A Tribute to The Spotnicks have also been members of The Spotnicks in the past during different years. They continue to play the songs previously performed by Bo Winberg and Bob Lander, the founders of The Spotnicks, famous for their specific sound, especially the guitar sound by Bo Winberg. As they continue performing the songs that followers of The Spotnicks love, they do not try to sound exactly the same, but playing with their own feeling and sound of today.
