The year is 2824. Technology has taken over. The environment is suffering. The new continues to replace the old.
A-Ko14 is the newest android model. Built by a man named i who works for the biggest corporation in the world, GenX, A-Ko is not like the others. She's flawed, and those who stand out in the future aren't perfect. And if you're not perfect, you will be scrapped. Terminated. Replaced.
A-Ko starts to develop human emotions on her own, and soon realizes she isn't the only flawed android. With their help, along with her creator, she can act like a normal android. She can act, 'Perfect'.
i is hiding something from her though. As A-Ko and the other androids become open for dating rent, she feels like she knows someone who has been through this. Hudson, the CEO of GenX, just makes her want to be free more. Free from orders. Free from lonely humans.
All A-Ko wants to be is normal. What is making her feel so different?
