Healthy rumbles

Ingredients

1 cup of almonds
1 cup of cashews
1 cup of walnuts
2 cups of pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp of warm water
1/2 cup of coconut

Method

Blitz all the nuts in the food processor until it looks like bread crumbs.
Add the cocoa powder and 1 tsp of salt - blitz again.
Add the honey and coconut oil and warm water and 3 dates. Start the food processor and as it's going add 1 date at a time until the mixture becomes thick.
If the mixture is really sticky, add 1/4 of a cup of coconut. Then roll them into balls and cover in coconut. Store in the fridge
