Kent Western Drafter Saddle Review - Australian Half-breed

So, I've had this saddle for going on 5 years now, and do I think I made the right decision? You bet! This saddle is an excellent platform to safely and securely hone your riding skills and confidence.
What a pile of money I've wasted over the years buying various off-the-shelf saddles from India and local mass producers.
I have no doubt this saddle with will be used by my grandchildren and their children. It is a real family heirloom and has saved my butt on several occasions when riding out on the tracks around the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges (thanks to sanctimonious cyclists plowing along bush tracks at full speed dodging walkers and horses by inches.)
Sure, Kent products are twice as expensive as the stuff you'll get from Horseland or Saddleworld, but you'll only have to buy it once to realise it's well worth the extra cash. Buy the gear you 'want' to ride in, not the fake bargains you'll throw away in two years time and will be a cheaper investment in the long run.
