II. Compatible Consumables Characteristics
The following two types of UV DTF AB films are commonly used in this process. Users may select based on production needs:

Transparent Backing Film

Advantage: High transparency allows direct observation of white ink and varnish coverage, facilitating real-time print quality monitoring.

Note: Relatively lower physical stability; more prone to deformation when heated.

Storage: Standard environmental storage requirements apply.

White Backing Film

Advantage: White base enhances image contrast, and the material offers better thermal stability, maintaining flatness after heating.

Note: Due to its opaque base, the equipment’s test pattern function must be used to monitor white ink and varnish nozzle status during printing.

Storage: Requires dry storage conditions.
