Pokémon Legends: Arceus Part 4 | Gaining Wyrdeer's Favour

We're learning all sorts about the world and people we've fallen to. This time we learn about the Alpha Pokémon that I've seen dotted about the area (specifically that Rapidash). The Galaxy Team were asked to help calm one down and for some reason that fell to the new recruit, me. How come I am already the most suitable person even though I joined like three days ago!
