We have the first time ever discovering Zhou Jia Quan (aka Jow Gar or Jow Ga). Apparently, Jow Ga is a fusion between Hung Gar (Hong Jia) and the Choy Gar (Cai Jia) from Choy Li Fut. Let's see how this practitioner of Jow-Ga uses it against a Wing Chun practitioner. Make sure to also go support the league that we commentated!
