This new unit is 219 feet tall and gives crews access to Transmission lines to be used as required for repairs and or maintenance of these lines. This unit is a replacement for an older 150 foot unit which does not provide NV Energy with the capabilities to reach a lot of the newer infrastructure such as when servicing towers or the NV One Transmission tie between southern NV and Reno.
