Easy rusted hanging hearts using Infusions and Rusting Powder by PaperArtsy

Watch how I change the look of some shabby chic metal heart decorations into rusty, grungy heart throbs with the bonus of some great rusty kitchen roll paper to use in other projects.
You will need...
items to alter, mine were metal hearts
Gel medium, I used Liquitex matt gel medium
Rusty Car and Green Man Infusions and Rusting powder, all by PaperArtsy
Black gesso, I used Art Basics by Prima
Cheap white vinegar
Kitchen Roll /paper towel
Silver metallic wax, I used Art Alchemy by Prima
Water, paint brushes, glass mat or craft mat
Don't worry if you don't have all these supplies, just substitute whatever you have that's similar.
****Be sure to be in a well ventilated room when using rusting powder and vinegar and wear gloves if you have any concerns about using metallic wax on your fingers****
