Equipment:
Dumbells: (I used 15s, 20s, 30lb. You do NOT need these particular weights. Use what you have!!!)
Mat
Water
SWEAT TOWEL! 💦💦💦

The workout:

Warm-up

Lower Body Go-Time Drill 1-5: (see explanation below)

Strength Circuits (see explanation below)

Lower Body Go-Time Drill 1-5, then 5-1

Strength Circuits

Lower Body Go-Time Drill 5-1

Cool down

Lower Body Go-Time Drill explanation:
Perform 1 rep of each exercise, then 2, then 3... up to 5 with out rest. If 5-1, then start with 5 reps and work down to 1 rep. (If single sided move, perform 1 per side = 1 rep.)

Exercises:
Squat Side Lift
Squat Side Step
Pop Squat
Lunge Jump
Heel Raise Plié Squat

Strength Circuits: 30 seconds each exercise (10 sec transition) repeat circuit, 30 sec rest before moving to next circuit.

Circuit 1:
Ex 1: Single Leg Deadlift + Leg Raise
Ex 2: Single leg Glute Raise, Sit Back

Circuit 2:
Ex 1: Sumo Deadlift
Ex 2: Plié Side Drag

Circuit 3:
Ex 1: Overhead Walking Lunge
Ex 2: Side Lying Leg Raise


Take your time. Take breaks as needed. Modify moves. DO YOUR BEST! I don’t own the rights to the music.
