Are you struggling with your rhythm on your serve? This is actually one of the most common problems tennis players have. Many of them—and even coaches, think that it’s a good idea to take move their arms up and down together, but in reality, it’s not. The only thing it does is disrupt your flow and momentum when you serve. It’s time we debunk this myth!

How do you solve this problem? It’s actually simple. All you have to do is make your tossing hand lead. It has to move ahead of the serving hand and arm, and remember: both hands CANNOT go up together. What this movement does it is allows you to accelerate at the right time, to deliver that powerful shot.
