Collage with botanical theme No 27

This is the 27 collage in a series with a botanical theme. I will be using different techniques such as gelli printing and stitching. All papers are my own prints. How many I will make, I don’t know yet. My sister-in-law has a quince bush in her garden. Every fall she picks the fruit and cut them into thin slices for here tea. I nicked a couple of them the last time I saw her and thought such a slice should be in one of my collages. The ground paper is a sheet of delli paper I used to clean of the sites in one of my gelli printing sessions and I really liked the colors. Also I used merc. cotton thread for the embroidery stitching.
