What started as a small, family-run venture in their home has blossomed into a successful manufacturing operation for Bellus, a New Jersey-based skin care company. Bellus was named a finalist for the NJ Manufacturing Extension Program's Manufacturer of the Year.

Rhonda Schaffler sits down with CEO Kristina Bakker and CBO Michael Cimo, the husband and wife team behind the dramatic growth for the company. Rhonda talks to Bakker and Cimo about how Bellus has managed to scale up to meet customer demand, the biggest challenge they faced as the company started to see success and what it's like to run a company as a married couple.
