Breakfast Recipe:
Toast 2 pieces of white bread and spread sunbutter on top, cut into strips, cut up strawberries and blueberries to add on the side.

Notes: You can use peanut butter if preferred.

Lunch:
Green seedless grapes cut in half, if you aren't confident in your child eating that size, but into fourths. 2 cookie thins (I got these at Aldi) pepperoni and sharp cheddar cheese cut into pumpkins, and mini saltines!

Dinner Recipe:
One pan veggie and sausage meal!

Ingredients:
1lb sausage of choice (I like costco chicken sausage or eckrich turkey sausage)
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
1 bag of frozen california blend veggies
-1 bag of frozen corn
olive oil
italian seasoning
sea salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees,
add all ingredients to a non stick baking sheet
measure seasonings with your heart! - if you aren't sure, stick with a tbsp of everything!

bake for 15 minutes, take out of the oven, stir, add back to the oven for another 15 minutes.

can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
