How To - Use Kakao Taxi, Bike/Scooter and designated drivers

Getting around from place to place in South Korea is as convenient as a click of a button on your phone. Kakaotalk has developed an app called Kakao Taxi which allows you to call any transportation service you need, at your fingertips.

Whether it be to avoid getting a probation on your Korean driver's license, or whether you just don't want to deal with the bus or subway when moving from place to place, Kakao Taxi has got you covered! In this guide, we go over how to call a taxi to your location and setup your destination. We also show you how to call a designated driver in South Korea as you'll find that service tremendously helpful, given how steep the fines are for drunk driving in South Korea.
