The screwdriving unit for flow drilling screws is equipped with a new, patent-pending feature: The STÖGER Angle Offset Compensation (AOC) prevents the nose piece from sliding over the surface of the component when operating on the robot during flow drilling and screwing in and scratching it, as happens with all conventional screwdriving units for flowdrilling screws. This is particularly important for sensitive surfaces, but also when screwing battery lids for electromobility.
