I really wanted to love these but because they prevent me from having ANY grip at all, then the pressure on the wrist is max, and more importantly, there's no way to stabilise the Dumbbell in your hand, or the barbell, I imagine. as the DB slips as you move.
so, they're a big old NO from me
ps. I said "lat row bar" (no idea why? ) but obviously I meant lat pull down bar. wide grip
