While taking oath, Asaduddin Owaisi first read Bismillah. After this took oath in Urdu. While leaving after taking the oath, he raised slogans of Jai Bhim, Jai Telangana and 'Jai Palestine'. After this he also raised the slogan of 'Allah Hu Akbar'. This is the same Owaisi who has no problem in saying 'Jai Palestine' but has objection in saying 'Bharat Mata ki Jai'.
हैदराबाद के सांसद और AIMIM प्रमुख असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने 18वीं लोकसभा की कार्यवाही के दूसरे दिन संसद सदस्य के रूप में शपथ लेते वक्त 'जय फिलिस्तीन' का नारा लगाया है जिसके बाद विवाद छिड़ गया है। शपथ लेने के दौरान असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने पहले बिस्मिल्लाह पढ़ा। इसके बाद उर्दू में शपथ ली। शपथ लेने का बाद जाते-जाते उन्होंने जय भीम, जय तेलंगाना और 'जय फिलिस्तीन' का नारा लगया। इसके बाद उन्होंने 'अल्लाह हू अकबर' का भी नारा लगाया। ये वही ओवैसी हैं जिन्हें 'जय फिलिस्तीन' कहने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है लेकिन 'भारत माता की जय' बोलने में आपत्ति है।
