Arizona Park Model Mobile Home Exterior Remodel. Aluminum Skin Removed. Studs firred out with 2'' x 2''s with open cell poly iso spray foam applied to the exterior wall cavities. New T-111 siding was installed along with new double pane low e windows. A new closed cell poly iso roof system with architectural shingles was installed to complete the insulation. New Paint, Trim and a Back Porch was constructed to complete the remodel. R-35 at the roof and an R-30 on the walls!! The heat pump doesn't run much anymore!
