We prepared a beef sandwich with meat steamed for 1.5 hours at 120°C. It turned out to be a very filling and tasty sandwich. If you're looking to try a different flavor, you must try this method of making the sandwich. On the same day, we also made garlic bread, a very easy recipe that takes only half an hour. It's a delicious dish you'll enjoy and never get tired of.

Beef Sandwich Preparation:
Mix the beef with 2 onions and 4 cloves of garlic. Add salt, pepper, and rosemary. Wrap the meat in parchment paper and steam it in a steamer at 120°C for 1.5 hours. Once the meat is ready, cut the bread in half and pour some of the beef broth on it. Then add the onions, the meat, and top with cheese and lettuce. It’s really tasty, so be sure to try this recipe.

Garlic Bread Preparation:
Bake 4 heads of garlic in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Then, cut the bread in half and spread the baked garlic on it. Sprinkle chopped dill and Gouda cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the bread is golden and crispy. Enjoy your meal!
