Flashes showcase boys fast heat! Interview with winner Cole Hocker

Hey guys, its been a while since I last uploaded. I've been doing a lot with the BHSS Sports Portal channel in the past few months! Sorry about the delayed video on flashes showcase, but I was waiting to see if this video was going to be uploaded on BHSS sports portal. I haven't been able to keep in contact with BHSS sports portal owner Brayden, so I decided to upload it on my channel. Anyway, I have more about this video. Our track season at south has been going pretty well. My track teammates Ian and Jack ran in Flashes Showcase. Both are great runners and teammate leaders. Ian is a senior, and my teammate Jack is a junior. Both had great performances in this event! Look for striped jerseys in the video and that's them. Also, great performance by Cole Hocker! He had a great kick as often seen by him! He's the favorite to win state, but watch out for my teammates to chase him down! Lastley, here's a story about my sophomore season. This year has gone really well for me. I ran a new PR of 10:23 in the 3200 this year and 5:02 mile. I would've broke 5 if I ran I the mile in perfect outdoor contains this year. In track, the spots are even more limited than cross country. I won't be continuing in the state series, but good luck to Bloomington South in the post season! Stay tuned for more content!
