Описание к видео THE RED BULL MODEL - COUNTER PRESSING

A skill practice designed on the Red Bull Counter-Pressing model.

STRUCTURE

Area sizes: Large 50x44 | Medium 44x36 | Small 36x30. Arrange the pitch as shown in the video. Mark a scoring zone inside in one attacking area. Place one goal beyond the scoring zone and one at the opposite end of the pitch.

The practice consists of nine (9) outfield players. The teams are split into five (5) and four (4).

The objective for the white team is to score from within the scoring zone.

The objective for the blue team is to win possession and pass to their nine (9), who then has a maximum of two touches to score.

The blue nine (9) is locked into the blue attacking half of the pitch.

The practice starts with the coach playing the ball to the white team inside the attacking half.

STRESSES

Offer two (2) goals from a counter-press situation leading to a goal.

Encourage the blue team to win the ball back as quickly as possible.
