We all know that the US has increased a 50 % tax on Indian products.
Because we buy oil from Russia.
Did you know what will happen after that ? Let me explain.
After receiving oil, Indian companies first heated it in a big furnace.
Here, oil separates into different layers.
Top = light fuels like gas and petrol, Middle = kerosene, diesel and Bottom = heavy oil, bitumen are used for other products.
Because of the ongoing war with Russia, Ukerine needs diesel and gas for military operations.
So they are getting from other countries.
Earlier, Ukraine was mainly buying from European countries.
But now India is at the top of the list to sell Diesel to Ukerine.
This has given India a huge profit.
Reports show that more than 40% of Ukraine’s diesel imports in the last months came from India.
At the same time, the U.S. increased tariffs on Indian goods from 25% to 50% as punishment for buying oil from Russia.
But still India continues the oil trade, showing a bold independent strategy.
This move is also important for India’s global image.
So these are the reasons the US wants India not to grow in power.
