Easy to make Stuffed Lamb Hearts

4 lamb hearts
1 box of sage & onion stuffing (your preferred stuffing

1. Trim the fat off cut through the inside from the top take out any gristle or cartilage
2. Prepare your stuffing then stuff your lamb hearts
3. Prepare your gravy with some pinch of salt and black pepper. Pour into your dish, place your stuffed hearts then braise them in gravy.
4. Make sure you Preheat your oven. Place them in the oven for (30 mins) 15 mins each side at 180°.
