FINAL VERSION BEFORE 5.0, HOYOVERSE STILL HAS NOT EXPLAINED THIS

So in patch 4.8 the placeholder in the west is finally return.
Previously in patch 4.7 on the last recording I took, the placeholder there was removed.
For those who don't know, Hoyoverse when updating patch 4.0 to 4.8 always remove and return placeholders in the west.
There is nothing official thing to explain this.
In patch 5.0 itself, there is an island which is also a placeholder,
And it turns out it's the same placeholder that Hoyoverse often remove.
Current speculation about this place is the area called Seas of Grass which appears in the manga.
So does Hoyoverse actually provide a mystery clue regarding this area?
