Check out this crazy man-lift these window washers were using.
First of all, I’m a sucker for anything with tracks: snowmobiles, skid steers- track machines can go almost anywhere.
It has four outriggers so it can set up on uneven ground -reminded me of some sort of robotic spider.
It’s wild how high this thing lifts.
I was able to talk to one of the guys that was using it, and he said they absolutely love it.
He said it’s narrow enough to fit through the double doors of the building so that they can use it both indoors and out.
The hydraulics are electric, so you plug it in for indoor use and there’s an onboard gas generator for outdoors- this one had a Honda.
Blue Lift is the brand name and this model, a B85, has a working height of over 85 feet.
This entire machine can be controlled with a wireless remote.
