How to Use Weekdays & Weekends in Salesforce Formulas (Beginner)

The goal of this video is to help admins start working with business days and weekends in Salesforce. Until Salesforce comes up with a cleaner solution, we have to use a combo of the MOD and CASE functions (at minimum). We'll break down each part and really explain how it all works.
