This is how I load my 90-pound Wilderness Systems Radar 115 kayak onto my 2021 Toyota 4Runner using a pickup truck hitch mounted load extender as kayak assist loader. My kayak rack is the Yakima SweetRoll. I'm 5'4" height (and if you must know 210-lbs)
