Power Steering System Rebuild (Removal-Cleaning-Installation) 2004 thru 2008 F 150 5 4 L

Learn how to replace your Power Steering Pump and all of your steering lines on your 2004 thru 2008 Ford F-150 4.6L or 5.4L. I show how to remove both the corroded pressure line and corroded cooler line connections from the Power Steering Gear. I clean the reservoir and reservoir screen. I paint and treat the new parts to prevent future corrosion. I replace the Power Steering Pump by removing the pump, cleaning and painting the mounting bolts, removing the pulley, blasting and painting the pulley, installing the pulley onto the new pump and then installing the pump into the truck.
