This kit comes with everything you need to get started. This bundle also comes with the carbon fiber extension arm and the AKF-i follow focus attachment for the gimbal. The carbon fiber extension arm makes two handed use, especially for low down shots, very easy to shoot. The AKF-i follow focus allows you to use manual focusing lenses and this gimbal at the same time. The "magic wheel" of the gimbal allows you to use the gimbal and pull manual focus all with the same hand.

I really like that this gimbal uses the Manfrotto PL501 plate so you won't have to switch plates on your camera if your tripod is also compatible with that plate type.

The tripod foot of the gimbal makes it simple to set down the gimbal on any flat surface while staying steady. The feet fold down to add extra length on the gimbal for extended shots as well.
