Are you ready for this? Here at iQ Barbecue, we're making one of our most requested recipes — the teriyaki beef jerky. Its a must-try for meat lovers anywhere! If you want to make this beef jerky at home then lets get cooking!

Ingredients:
6 lb eye of round roast
1 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp honey

Recipe:
Begin by slicing the roasts lengthwise until you have pieces that are around 1” think. Run the slices through the jerky cutter or cut them by hand into equal sized pieces. Place the slices into the vacuum marinated and add spices and sauces. Start the machine and allow it to run for 30 minutes. Remove the slices and place them on wire racks and allow them to dry out for 15 minutes before placing in cooker. Place the racks into the smoker at 180 degrees F. Set timer for 3 hours. After 90 minutes turn each piece over and continue to smoke until ready. ENJOY!
