Key themes include aligning LLM adoption with strategic imperatives (including the National Maritime Strategy), identifying high-impact use cases across core hydrographic operations and support functions, establishing robust governance and implementation frameworks, and fostering a culture of AI readiness.



The document stresses the importance of understanding and managing risks, particularly concerning data security and national security applications.



Ultimately, the blueprint envisions a future where deeply integrated LLM capabilities transform hydrography.
