COCOA BEACH - OASIS OF THE SEAS: Is this worth it? Cape Canaveral port stop

We did not wanted to find out if a family could stop at Capr Canaveral for an afternoon not spend tons of money going to Theme Parks or the Space Station and still have a good time. The six of us only spent a total of $75 at this stop. Yes you can just go to the beach for a few hour and have a great time. We could have sat at the bar or the restaurant and order some food. But we decided to go back to the ship since it was close to dinner time, specially when the ship arrives to the port in the afternoon.

This beach has all the characteristics of a Northern Atlantic beaches including the amount of waves, water color and type of sand.
