Για να βρεις το στυλ που σου ταιριάζει πρέπει να το αναλύσεις πρακτικά και με κοινή λογική, πρέπει να μάθεις και να εξασκείς τις τεχνικές σου. Τότε θα έχεις αυτοπεποίθηση και θα είσαι ικανός να υπερνικήσεις τον προσωπικό σου φόβο που είναι το πιο σκληρό μάθημα όλων των πολεμικών τεχνών. Ποιος είμαι δεν έχει σημασία. Σημασία έχει πως να μαθαίνεις και πως να είσαι ικανός να συμπληρώσεις και να εφαρμόσεις τις τεχνικές σου στην πράξη.

One martial art is not better than another because of one name. To find the style that suits you you have to analyze it practically and with common sense, you have to learn and practice your techniques. Then you will have confidence and you will be able to overcome your personal fear which is the hardest lesson of all martial arts. Who I am does not matter. It is important how you learn and how you are able to complete and apply your techniques in practice.
