Dinner by the River in the Pa Wilds

We decided to go look for the Mountain Laurel Blooms in the Pa Wilds with our 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ. We found that in many places, the late season frost took out many of the flowers.

After a stunning ride, we had a delicious and delightful dinner at the riverside; it was an awesome way to end a perfect day. Grilled chicken and veggies on a kabob, with fire roasted corn and watermelon for dessert!

The ride was still spectacular; and as promised the link to last year’s bloom is below . . . it is stunning!!!
