COLOUR vs B&W RAW: Leica M240P vs M10 Monochrom: Camera vs Lightroom

Shooting Black & White, what is the difference between a Leica M colour censor vs Leica M Monochrom black & white censor? ......In this video I show the difference using my Leica M240P (colour RAW files) with JPG Black & White compared to my Leica M10 Monochrom (Black & White RAW files). I also show what to do in Lightroom to adjust colour raw files (DNG) into black & white JPG files that look similar to the black & white files direct from the M10 Monochrom.
